Is this the same as hiring a lawyer for full representation?+
No — this is a limited-scope engagement with Mizak & Pacetti, LLC (permitted under Ohio Rule of Professional Conduct 1.2(c)) covering only the drafting of the document(s) you purchase, based on the information you provide. It isn't a substitute for an ongoing attorney-client relationship covering your full legal or financial situation. You'll be asked to confirm you understand and agree to this before checkout. If your circumstances are complex, please consult a licensed attorney about full representation.
Are these documents valid in Ohio?+
Documents are drafted to follow Ohio's execution requirements (for example, witness and notarization rules). You're responsible for signing correctly — instructions are included with your download — and, if you have any doubts, having your signed documents reviewed by a licensed Ohio attorney.

This varies with attorney availability — you'll receive an email as soon as your document is approved and ready to download.
How long is the download link good for?+
Your download link is active for 48 hours after your document is approved and can be used up to 3 times, so you can download a copy for yourself and save a backup. We strongly recommend downloading and saving your file (or printing it) right away.
What if my link expires or stops working before I download it?+
Email us at support@ohiolegalforms.com with your order confirmation and we'll get you a fresh link — no charge.
Do I need to notarize or have this witnessed?+
Ohio law requires specific signing formalities for these documents (such as witnesses and, in some cases, a notary) for them to be valid. Step-by-step signing instructions are included with your download.
Can I make changes later?+

Do you offer refunds?+
Because drafting work begins as soon as you submit your questionnaire, we can't offer refunds once a document has been drafted and reviewed. If you'd like to cancel before that point, contact support@ohiolegalforms.com.

Yes. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by millions of businesses. We never see or store your card details.
